Introduction to the "three electrics" of new energy vehicles
The power system of new energy electric vehicles is different from that of traditional fuel vehicles. The "three electrics" replace the traditional fuel tank, engine and gearbox. The "three electrics" mainly include the "big three electrics" of the drive system (power battery, motor controller and motor), and the "small three electrics" of the power system (on-board charger OBC, DC/DC converter and high-voltage distribution box PDU). Among them, the on-board charger OBC is one of the key components that determine the charging power and efficiency of electric vehicles, and diodes and power semiconductors such as IGBT and SiC MOSFET are the key components to realize the conversion of OBC DC and AC.
